Results of withdraw

According to a correct withdraw both benefits have to be returned to each other.

If the purchase cannot be send back without a damage, not in full or in bad conditions we are allowed to request a compensation for lost value. (lost of value through test-fittings as done usually in warehouses are excluded)

Returns

If you would like to use your right to withdraw, your purchase has to be returned in a parcel which has to be send postage-free to our given address. Open Payments have to be finished latest 30 days after sending your written right of withdraw.

RETURNS POLICY

If I buy items of your clothing and find they do not fit, can I exchange them?
Yes, we will exchange anything that does not fit or credit you for the returned goods should you prefer. You will however be liable for any postage costs, but no other costs.

What happens if something I order is defective?
We will imediately replace any defective goods at our expense or, if you prefer, give you a full refund.
